Retreats
Paojilhuasca offers immersive retreats in the jungle with native shamans. Every retreat is adapted to your needs. During your stay, you can take Ayahuasca, kambo, and yopo, follow a plant diet, and have floral baths. You can also learn to prepare your own ancestral medicines, experience Shirin-yoku, and learn how to identify local medicinal plants.
Ayahuasca Treatments
Ayahuasca is renowned for curing mental and physical illnesses and for bringing profound positive life changes. At Paojilhuasca, you can learn to cook the liana into a brew, which will then be taken during traditional Ayahuasca ceremonies. Under the caring guidance of our shaman Don Gardel, ceremonies take place twice a week, in small groups, with locals and a maximum of 10 people.
Kambo Medicine
Kambo has proven to be an effective treatment for numerous pathologies still considered incurable. At Paojilhuasca, you can learn to fetch the frogs in the jungle, retrieve the kambo, apply the medicine and go back home with learning materials to further your knowledge and continue your treatment after your stay. No kambo frogs are ever harmed in the process, and Don Gardel teaches you how to extract the secretion while keeping the frog safe.
Plant diets & herbal healing
With the help of Paojilhuasca’s curanderos (native herbalist healer), you can follow several plant diets with plants picked in the jungle surrounding the premises. Each diet is individualised according to your needs.
